Delivery Costs
Delivery within the 48 contiguous states costs $10.95, and to Canada, $24.95 (USD).
Additional international shipping prices will be displayed at the end of the checkout process.
We also provide the option for 2-day expedited shipping at an additional cost. Just reach out to us; we're quick to respond.
We ship with USPS & Amazon Logistics.
Amazon Logistics packages are labeled with Amazon logos. However, it's a separate service and has nothing to do with the Amazon.com platform. You make the purchase directly with Swing It®.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a confirmation and tracking number from the delivery partner or from us via email.

The goods are delivered to the specified delivery address unless otherwise agreed. If the transport company returns the shipped goods to us because delivery was not possible due to incorrect information, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs.
Returns
Returns - 30 Day Policy
We offer a hassle free 30-day return policy. To qualify for a return, the ordered item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. We also require the receipt or purchase proof.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the return. Without a return request, we cannot accept returns.
Return Costs
For products eligible for free returns, we are happy to provide a return label. For products that cannot be returned for free, you have the option to purchase a return label.
Defects, Damages, and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Begin by returning the item you do not want or find unsatisfactory. We will either facilitate a straightforward exchange or proceed with a refund for the returned item. Based on the circumstances, you can then proceed to place a new order, either consecutively or simultaneously
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Once the refund is approved or not, we will contact you. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
